At Christian Warehouse Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every book we sell and want you to shop with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging where applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been visibly damaged by the customer, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order using the contact information provided at the bottom of this policy. When reaching out, please provide your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives in damaged or defective condition, please contact us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge, based on your preference and item availability.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted. This includes items that show signs of use, items that are returned with missing parts or accessories not due to our error, or items returned outside the stated 30-day window at our discretion.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different title or edition, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process will apply.
