At Christian Warehouse Store, we are committed to delivering your books in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy provides full details about our shipping methods, costs, delivery timeframes, and related procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


SHIPPING DESTINATION

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is a valid residential or commercial address within the United States before completing your order.


SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping. The free shipping rate applies automatically to every order placed through our store.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier workload, and other factors outside our control.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders received on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up notification once your order has been shipped.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation notification containing your tracking information. You may use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's tracking system. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us so we can assist you.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected at our discretion based on your location and availability. The carrier information will be included in your shipment confirmation.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps. First, check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management. Second, allow one additional business day as deliveries are occasionally marked as delivered slightly before they arrive. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Christian Warehouse Store is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. However, we understand these situations can be frustrating and encourage you to contact us so we can help investigate and find the best possible resolution for you.


DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We ask that you retain all original packaging and take photographs of the damage if possible, as this helps us file a claim with the carrier. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund depending on availability and your preference.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Christian Warehouse Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at bookquiicker@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled and our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.


DELAYS

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to high carrier volume, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed. Christian Warehouse Store is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
